The proposed project is located in a water or soda industry. We have focused on the packaging and palletizing of the bottles, but this process can be applied to any product.
In this project we will show you how to automate this task and how this will reduce the production times.
The selection of the boxes depends on the size of the order, and can be S, M, XL. A colaborative robot will be in charge of assembling, sealing and leaving the boxes in place
This process will be do it by a colaborative robot that picks up the bottles and places them inside the box.
Once the boxes are filled they will be sealed from the top and palletized by an industrial robot.
The size of the boxes will be chosen by the client.
Just press a button and your station will change the size of the box
Size S: 32 bottles per box
Size M: 64 bottles per box
Size XL: 128 bottles per box
We guarantee you that this project can be easily adapted for any type of product.
This project can be modified to fill and paletize soft drinks cans, larger bottles, food and a wide amount of products.
Perfect tool to connect robots with any signal we want to traslade to them
Through this microcontroller we can connect a push button and when pressed it send a message in JSON directly to the robots via MQTT.
It has a great adaptability as we use it as an emergency button or to choose which box we want to use
For comunication with the robots about which box they have to pack and paletize we have use brokers to send messages through MQTT.
This is an easy way to send messages to the robots when the employee has to change the type of box we want to produce.
The employee only has to push a botton when he desires to change the production
These technologies are the one that have allowed us to bring to light this project. We would like to thank them because without them this project wouldn’t have been possible
